Eulenfest 2026
Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. The supporters registration is in the Fachschaft Informatik (-124) before 17:30, after that in -120.
We’re excited that you want to help out at the Eulenfest – a party like this can only happen with your support!
Below, you’ll find an overview of all available shifts you can sign up for. By clicking the little “i”, you’ll see a more detailed description of each shift type. Feel free to sign up for as many shifts as you'd like!
No prior experience is needed for any of the shifts – you'll get a quick briefing at the beginning of each one. We're grateful for every helping hand! A few days before the party, you'll also receive an email with all the important details, especially where and when you’re expected to be.
Of course, there’s a little thank-you for your help: If you're working at one of the food or drink stands, you’re welcome to help yourself during your shift. For other types of shifts, you'll receive tokens you can use at the stands for free food and drinks.
If you complete three or more shifts, you’ll also get a voucher from the Boulderwelt.
And those who help with tear-down – which we especially appreciate – will receive a voucher from the Boulderwelt. (Admission to the party is free, of course.)
